Ban and Mute Criteria
These rules define the grounds and duration of punishments on the game server. The administration reserves the right to adjust the punishment duration depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation.

1. Use of Third-Party Software

• Using cheats and bots — from 10 days*

• Using scripts — from 10 days*

2. Exploiting Game Bugs and Glitches

• Bug abuse — from 10 days*

• Selling or sharing information about bugs — from 10 days*

3. Names, Guilds, and Impersonation

• Impersonating a member of the administration — from 10 days*

• Nicknames or guild names similar to administration — from 10 days*

• Using words like “GM”, “Admin”, “Blizzard”, “Bonus” in a nickname or guild name — from 10 days*

• Using GM icons — 30 days

• Forbidden nicknames or guild names (politics, religion, profanity, racism) — permanent mute

4. Commercial Activity

• Selling or exchanging in-game items for real money or bonuses — from 30 days

• Exchanging bonuses for items or currency and vice versa — from 30 days

• Selling characters or accounts outside of the personal account system — mute from 1 day

• Selling personal account services or gold — from 30 days

5. PvP and PvE Violations

• Honor overflow using multiple clients or collusion — from 5 days

• Intentional loss or transfer of battlegrounds, arenas, or Paragorn — from 2 days

• Intentional interference with streamers — duration determined by administration

• AFK farming of honor points, arena points, or Paragorn — from 2 days

* In cases of bug abuse related to illegally gaining arena points, honor points, currency, or Paragon experience, the illegally obtained values will additionally be reset.
